Pay is awful and no matter how hard you work it doesn't improve because they keep changing everything. It's a lot of corporate lies and no reward for your time and effort. Management does well for themselves but noone else makes any money.

NewRez is the parent company now so there may be trickle down improvements to the old style corporate culture. Lots of opportunities to learn and be promoted if you have patience and learn all you can.

Cons

It is a challenge to feel stable and secure because the company is growing faster than it can adjust to the impact of growth.

Pros

Company culture is great, it is laid back, no micro managing. I previously came from a toxic workplace so it was nice to come here to a better environment. The company is going through a lot of growth so there is room for promotions and changing departments. I have learned a lot!

Cons

The only con I can think of is, something that happens at all companies, and that is some departments are hard to communicate with.
