      Pros

      I've worked at NewRez for several years, and I enjoy coming to work more days than not. I don't think there's truly many people out there that can say that. Management truly cares about your success, and here your success is unlimited! The opportunities are truly plentiful, and the schedule can be flexible. Working here is a lot of fun, and rewarding.

      Cons

      We don't have an in house gym.

      Pros

      Cares about their employees, great work life balance,great support and product mix ,little to no overlays . You get what you put into the job ts fair. No standard deduction , no draw.

      Cons

      Like any place you work there are always little things that could be better . The company is growing and looking for ways to improve .

      Pros

      It's a great place to obtain entry level mortgage servicing experience, but you must be willing to self educate by using available resources.

      Cons

      Knowledge of the industry and many years of experience aren't valued.
