Pros

Donating until NRZ took over now we barely donate to anyone, & bonuses

Cons

Also since NRZ to over the bonus opportunity is cut in half without any written notification of what to bonus should be & constant threat of termination if you don't complete someone else job! And yes its proven.

Thank you for your honest review. You obviously have serious concerns about several issues, including bonuses. It's difficult for us to respond appropriately to anonymous reviews, so we encourage you to take advantage of our "open-door" policy and share your thoughts with your supervisor. But if you don't feel that is a viable option, please talk with one of your supervisor's senior managers, or with someone in Human Resources. We're working to build a corporate culture that vales everyone; and we need everyone's input—including yours—to grow and advance.

Pros

the workstations are really close. the people on my floor form closer relationships with those in the immediate surroundings. This promotes teamwork, collaboration, sharing strategies, on-demand assistance, great ice-breaking conversations, and team bonding/building.

Cons

No matter how hard you work as an hourly employee you get about a 46-minute or less lunch. No nonsense. They say that we have an hour for lunch but they don't tell you that it takes 7 min to exit onto public street and the same just to reenter the building from the distant parking lot, and that's almost running speed. So for "go out for lunch" type people, the travel time for waiting on elevator, or taking 3 flights of stairs, and then a trek to the parking lot "out over there" eats away at your break/lunch time and no one says a thing about it. Not to mention, if you like to get out for lunch the best lunch places are about 10 min away from start time of getting up from your desk. A quick stop, a small chat, something you forgot on your desk, or any other minute delay will completely destroy your lunch hour. Coming back gets even more interesting: you get back, get parked, walk a distance, wait and take elevator, find your cubicle, be in your seat, computer is asleep so it needs a minute to awake, page needs to be refreshed, well now you have to enter user and password all over again, take a few seconds to load and then finally clock back in within that hour of when you clocked out. If your computer decides to be slow that day, if the program doesn't load, if you get distracted by a co-worker you run a great risk of going over. arggggghhhh!!!!

Thank you for your review! We're glad you had an overall positive experience during your time here. Obviously, you have some serious concerns about lunch break times and our time clock system, but it’s difficult for us to respond effectively to anonymous reviews. We hope you shared your ideas with our Human Resources team during your exit interview; but if you didn’t, we invite you to contact our HR team. We acknowledge that we’re not a perfect company, nor are we the right fit for everyone. However, we are working to build a culture that values everyone, and your honest feedback can help us achieve that goal.

Pros

A culture and proven leadership team that has been refined over the years to make an awesome company! People care about one another, management invests into their employees, the benefits are good, and the work hours are flexible. A lot of room for opportunity and mobility within the company.

Cons

Parking situation...although it is still paid for!
