      Pros

      - Opportunities for growth - Clear priorities & expectations - Direct and open communication - CMO takes care of his team and ensures work life balance I have worked in several marketing departments at multiple Mortgage companies and NewRez has been the best by far. The environment is very fast paced with our company growth but expectations are clearly set and leadership is aware of all competing projects for resource allocation. CMO is very clear that if you need help or work life balance is off to please reach out, ask for help, and even regularly gifts us early days off on Fridays after busy weeks. Some of the negative reviews I've read here are very misleading and I can only say likely come from employees who were not doing their job well and had issues when being held accountable. For marketing specifically - any lack in work/life balance was likely due to lack of process and communication on the employee's behalf.

      Cons

      - there can be some challenges in working with other departments (finding the correct contact for certain projects for example) but that is being handled with processes being established by leadership.
