Pros

Everyone is working incredible hard and takes pride in their work. This is definitely an environment with open communication and possibility for growth. I only started a few months ago and am really enjoying my work and the people I work with. This is the first place I've ever come to where everyone is respectful from the top down. The other day I was on a call and an member of the upper leadership team joined and realized they had never met me before. He stopped the meeting and took the time to introduce themselves, ask my name and thank me for my work. I was really impressed by this. It left a huge impression on me. Also, despite being remote everyone gets along really well and still manages to make time for water cooler talk.

Cons

Work hard, play hard environment. Expectations are high, but upper leadership does a good job of setting everyone up for success.

Pros

Their is a lot of growth opportunities. Bonuses are good. Work minimum 45 hours a week. You can work OT without a problem. The culture of the company is in the right place.work environment is good. Everyone is there to make money and grow.

Cons

The company expanded from Texas to Arizona. The senior employees mentoring/ teaching the new employees don’t real understand the system. So although the good intention are there. Everyone is always guessing how to figure out the programs. They give you an unrealistic goal of accounts that you can never catch up on. I would work about 50 hours a week and never fully be caught up.
