      Our Company Values are amazing! My favorite one Company value is Caring Fiercely. This trait is exhibited by leadership as well as our support team and colleagues on a daily basis. I haven't met someone who wasn't willing to go the extra mile to help me, my teammates, the borrower, or even a vendor.

      Cons

      I am having a hard time thinking of anything negative. This industry is not for the faint of heart, but management provides us with the tools and support we need to be successful

      The employees and the work always keep things interesting

      Cons

      No raise in 3 years for remote employees and remote employees not being able to participate in any extra events the company offers such as the ARISE program.
