Updated office setting, monthly incentive bonus, benefits are decent.

Cons

Very unaccomadating for health concerns, they follow their own processes/procedures to request accommodations, a process that can take months and will most likely be denied.

I believe I'm working for a company that's truly vested in there are multiple channels. I work in retail it's taking a beating in the last few years but I believe operations has protected us and continues to be vested and growing this channel. Underwriters and operations are always there offering a helping hand and our software allows us to incorporate income, assets, credit and run multiple automated underwriting services to pick a clearer choice on which direction to go with a client. It's time saving and accurate

Cons

Our IT Department could be more in tune with our needs but I've learned to work around it

Extremely well-run company. For a company of this size, it's unusual to have senior leadership that is so accessible and willing to listen.

Cons

It is a big company which comes with it's own challenges, but overall a positive place to work with plenty of opportunity.
