Pros
New Penn Financial, for me, presents the opportunity impact the lives of clients nationwide. Being an employee here allows me to flourish and be myself in an environment with colleagues and management that has more of a familial climate. I wake up every day feeling empowered and a part of something special. Also, it allows me to stabilize and increase my quality of life.
Cons
I am a person that believes that you get out what you put into life. There can be some very long days, but I find it rewarding when the long days result in the achievement of the goals that I have set for myself and the goals that have been set for me by management.
