Pros

The flexibility is great. You can come and go as needed but need to get 40 hrs. Management has a good team but the communication isnt great. Lots of leads but its all outbound.

Cons

All outbound and for a call center, the pay should be higher. The bps are the highest Ive seen for a call center enviornment (82.5-90) but the base pay is low (7.25/hr) and there is a "$1500 deduction" on commission which is hard to understand. Essentially you could look at it like you are paying for the leads or they are paying you less on bps. Management explains it as a deterrent to low-producing LO's.

Pros

Good flexibility nice area in desert ridge. No one cares if you take a lot of vacation no micro management

Cons

All outbound no way to access leads hard to ramp up. 2500 1 month sign on. Very difficult to survive need to make 100 dials plus to have any shot here - recently downgraded comp plan and sign on plan. Not good
