      Solid pay and bonuses. Company lower management and mid management is far removed from the true operations

      Pay and benefits. Overtime is available once you learn to jump thru their hoops of protocol. Many opportunities available for advancement

      Cons

      Lower and Mid management ability to engage with lower level staff members is limited resulting in lack of development. The overall moral of staff is low due to management not identifying the real needs of employees

      Lots of unresolved issues, lack of communication from management, and lack of needed resources to make the department the best they can be.
