Pros

It was a decent place to get started in the secondary marketing department. The work-life balance is good. If you're a sales guy looking to grow your business, this seems to be the place to go. Communication between departments used to be bad, but HR has helped turn that around. Now, employees adopt a customer-first approach to business relationships, and that is a huge plus.

Cons

Pay is subpar for operations people and there are a number of sales people who treat operations people poorly . There were not a lot of long-term opportunities for growth. Management is properly recognized and rewarded for success, but that's where the incentives end. I worked there for over almost a year and a half, and never had a review.

Management will really help you, and they will do whatever to make a deal.

Cons

Draw not a salary, make it a true base salary.

Pros

Good money the time they'll keep you.

Cons

Training is completely horrible. Handbook taught with no real association to the actual work expectations. Management has ZERO time for you given the remote circumstance for ongoing training &/or assistance. It's assumed that you're not experienced rather than accepting "their" fault of a poor training system. The current training method will set ANYbody up to fail... not unless you know someone internally to show you the actual ropes. This by far was the worst working experience of my entire career with any company.
