      Pros

      This place has been very welcoming since day 1. Training was on point and my day to day expectations are very manageable. My management are all very down to earth people who are always there to listen and help you out if needed.

      Cons

      Please allow management to be more lenient on their employees with Remote/Working from home.

      - My supervisor and manager have been always there to answer questions, and give the freedom of free thinking to solve problems. - Company is growing at fast pace, which can mean growth opportunity. - Being under NewRez umbrella. - Flexible times as long as problems are solved.

      Cons

      - Compensation could be a little better (its a good start though).

      Pros

      I have been at Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing just over 4 years now and I still feel like I am in the honeymoon stage with the company. I have never worked for a company that made me feel as heard and appreciated as Shellpoint does. The level of knowledge and experience I have gained is priceless and to earn a comparable salary on top of that, is the thing dreams are made of. The opportunities are boundless, where in most companies you feel your growth is stunted, SMS encourages growth and provides opportunities to help you grow in whatever direction your heart desires within the company. I couldn't imagine working for a better company. We're not employees, we're the SMS family.

      As we grow, I would like more economical healthcare options.
