      I worked at New Penn Financial as a full-time employee for More than 3 years IT and Business teams are worst and i lost my income because their systems are down always. Loan officers are Scared of the applications. Everybody blames others and nobody takes responsibility. CEO is misguided by the business (do not know the applications) and the CEO is ignorant of IT. If you don't have any job, you can join this company for a short period. You see always jobs in the company, because many people are leaving. High turnover in the company No business ethics for the company. Worst environment If you join later you regret for joining.

      -ability to make a lot of money with hard work and a little skill -flexible schedules -enjoyable workplace and peers -fairly nice building -convenient location to highways, mall, restaurants, ect (Plymouth Meeting, Pa) -ability to work weekends (great time to get in touch with people)

      Cons

      -amenities in building could be better -health insurance is just okay -hours can be long, so not ideal for family balance (long hours mean your busy, meaning making money generally)

      Managers would rather have 3 loan officers closing 2 loans per month than one LO closing six (no interest in you making money) Below industry pay Despite what they try to make you believe, they do not have TRID under control Main focus is on Government loans Refinance's only (Strongsville office) In this office, small loan amounts and low credit scores (Bottom Feeders)
