      Absolutely love working here for many reasons, but to quickly summarize, management really cares about those of us on the front lines, ownership that definitely really cares and is accessible to its employees. Very flexible hours, but we are commissioned only, so discipline and commitment are critical to your income,

      Great for giving someone with little to no experience a chance. Great trips while training!

      Cons

      Management sucked! Recruited me, talked about leaving the company. I let upper management know, they said don't worry. My branch manager resigned and in 5 months I was let go while I was 4 months pregnant.
