Pros

I've made it this far ... clearly I like this company. I enjoy coming to work and hope to be here for a long time. Fellow employees are pleasant to work with - the company weeded out the negative Caliber acquired employees and it's made a big difference.

Cons

*Becoming too 'corporate'. *Assuming everyone here wants a career - some people are here just to work and have a decent job/income. Not looking to advance or discuss their future. Horrible workspace, but it's temporary. Moved quickly, unnecessarily.
