      Pros

      Newrez truly values and appreciates its top performers. Attending the President’s Club event in Miami was a testament to that—an incredible experience that made me feel recognized and cared for. The company fosters a culture of achievement across multiple channels (Retail, Wholesale, Direct to Consumer, Joint Venture, and Correspondent). Leadership makes an effort to celebrate wins. The support systems in place, including corporate resources, help set employees up for success.

      Cons

      Like any large organization, navigating corporate processes can sometimes be complex. However, having supportive leadership helps smooth out challenges.

      Cons

      Not enough opportunities to be together in our down time. Would like to see optional group excursions or activities. Maybe reserve a Newrez section at the beach.
