I have been with the company for 10+ years and had the opportunity to see the company grow from a small shop to an industry powerhouse. This company will challenge you, but in a positive way. I'm a great example of someone who has benefited and grown personally and professionally through the changes and challenges that come with a company experiencing exponential growth. The company has an amazing group of leaders who truly care about the organization and the success of others. Newrez is very involved in our local communities and encourages employees to be involved as well. Opportunities for internal mobility and advancement are endless, but it does require hard work and dedication.

Cons

The mortgage industry can be challenging, but the pros vastly outweigh the cons.
