      At times workload can be heavy and increase quickly, however; our leadership teams make the best attempt to add additional support as soon as possible.

      Pros

      Newrez is working hard to rebuild their brand and are defintely in growth mode. There is a lot of focus on building for 2025. We have extremely transparent leadership on the retail side, which has flattened this year. Managers are able to work directly with Executive leadership and accomplish a lot.

      Cons

      Some are still nervous about all of the change we've been through.
