      Pros

      None, there is nothing to offer in the ServiceDesk. You are just a number, which they do not care. They have done over 11 rif waves (Reduction in Force) basically layed off everybody, Do not work in the home industry if you are coming from the health Industry, you will regret it. We got a Service Desk with 4 people

      Cons

      Everything, worked through covid, not even a thank you. Worked through inflation, nothing was done for us. Just a waste of time for a paycheck.

      Expect to receive monthly bonuses. Overtime offered occasionally.

      Cons

      Frequent change with little to no warning. Increased job responsibility without compensation. Company was remote for two years and then decided to bring everyone into office. Required to work 1 to 2 Saturdays per month no exceptions.

      Micro management. Upper management is very rude. Work in office when job can be done remote.
