Made good money while working there,

Cons

Liars, sneaky, they knew we were going to be laid off and kept lying stating we were safe , management showed favoritism, huge disconnect between management and employees, everyone is on a different page. Severance pay was trash You don’t get paid your PTO 100 hrs and you don’t get paid for them when they lay you off.

The people are great. Very welcoming and supportive.

Cons

I liked working at Caliber. After New Rez took over, they started making changes. That and the interest rates going up has been a bad combination. I think there have been 7 layoffs this year. It's hard to know because no one really talks about them. Not much career advancement.

The boarding team/appearance of the internal intranet can almost convince you that the company is well put together, organized, and you would have a positive experience with other employees and management. However this is not the case. Although there are some employees that do help each other out, departments do not work together on a common goal which makes the work more difficult. The way management handled the merger/over hiring of employees was unprofessional.
