      - Leadership will put you on special projects if your performance is well - Analysts have the opportunity to work with other Teams and learn - Leadership is considerate of your career growth as long as you are hungry and clear with your goals

      Cons

      - Acquisition from NewRez is causing much disorganization - As a result, Analysts are having to carry more weight than needed - Changes not properly communicated to Service Desk - Issues are pushed to the Service Desk to apply band-aid solutions, when the issue can be entirely avoided if the proper teams addressed the root cause - Pay is completely dependent on Corporate, which may not match industry standards in your area

      Not very happy at the moment

      Recent Acquisition of Caliber has forced us to change to their inadequate and archaic systems with little to no support. Massive layoffs continue. Turned us into a marketing department with the option to originate.
