      Let your managers help do some planning, they get the work done for you. Good or bad, be honest with your employees.

      You get a paycheck and could work from home

      Cons

      Your daily schedule changes and you have to take inbound calls nearly all day because they are so short staff, meet your monthly goals, return voicemails and emails to your assigned customers. This is the quickest way to a mental breakdown.
