      You bonus and they find ways to take it. A lot of us are missing funds from bonus and they don’t fix it 2% increases each year

      Toxic environment with unfair pay and harassment issues

      Cons

      The entire environment is toxic, and they refuse to give raises after saying you're getting a raise. They also take your money unfairly commissions you've earned, a lot of sexual harassment, they have something called company tax separate from the IRS, where they take even more money out of your checks. They also pay the new, untrained hires more than you and make you train them .
