      Great company culture with supportive management

      Pros

      Love the company culture here! I’ve been an LO for over 20 years, and I truly feel like I landed in a great place. I really enjoy working with the managers—there are lots of different personalities, and everyone is always willing to help other teams on the floor. The regional manager and director are top-shelf, and I love their sports spirit. There’s a huge portfolio, the phones stay busy, and processing does a great job moving files along. Good stuff all around.

      Honestly non - love when they bring food in for everyone!

      Great first-day meal but low pay and cliques

      They feed you first day but watch out HR go have their Dirty hands in the food first

      Cons

      They don’t pay nothing but $18 have been paying that over 10 year plus it a joke for a grown person to accept that salary with all the work they expect you to do. Environment is very clicky especially the HR Team in Dallas
