Career Advancement: I have had 6+ promotions through hard work, good attitude, and ability to learn and grow! They promote from within The management in the Call Center are great mentors and provide a great leadership environment Love the people who work in this company (in HQ and also through out the country as Ihave an opportunity to work with all of them) Great Training for new hires as well as a continued education for all positions They recognize their employees and work with them to grow their skills Awesome work environment especially for those who enjoy a fast paced work life Strong team mentality! My opinions count and are valued.

Normal struggles with processing and underwriting . No different than most companies, at least they are willing to try to get the deals done
