I can think of no pro that suitably stands out from the abundance of cons.

Cons

It starts from the top down. Absent CEO that has off-base priorities. Management is either childish or lacks common sense, sometimes both. The employee morale is lower than the floor due to this atmosphere. Also, see how many negative reviews there are? The positives ones are fake fake fake. It is laughable that they are written here.

SNACKS and COFFEE in abundance... VERY Sanitary environment during the PANDEMIC. Good steppingstone to to harden oneself to the CUT-THROAT BROADCAST INDUSTRY.

Cons

Low pay, little chance for advancement, poor management, sub standard, poorly maintained equipment, EXTREMELY biased content.
