Poor Engineering Management, no clue of the product they have running, nobody in software knows how their own software works! Software Manager only cares if you are sitting in your desk and will constantly be sneaking to check if you are there, but when it comes to have a clue how to instruct the developers on the system and the task assigned there is no way you can get any useful information from him, so you have to put a patch in a big Frankenstein system instead of a solution with a proper analysis and planning. If you care about your development skills go look somewhere else, this place is for developers with no goals or ambitions!
