Cons

Will cut departments down based on performance of the branch, not the individual. Your job is in the hands of people that have never met you and they won't consult your managers before coming in and sweeping house based on who is paid the most.

The job itself has decent pay. That is it, that is the only positive thing.

Cons

Toxic work environment. No way to move up in the company. Always short staffed. Too much of a work load for any normal human to accomplish. A lot of the other men would openly make very sexist remarks to and about the women that worked there. Training was basically non-existent. If coworkers weren't openly sexist they were outright spiteful and rude. Management didn't care and outright contributed to the toxic work environment.
