      Pros

      Not micromanaged, good accounts, Mgr's are cool, unlimited truck stock, good vans, paid to drive to/from home (-30mins each), contest for a Harley Davidson every year (if minimum sales goals are reached). As bad as the cons might seem below, it's still a fun job.

      Cons

      Work gets boring, high turnover, techs are underpaid, lately they've being lied to by mgmnt, don't get injured or in a wreck - resets your raise/evaluation.

      Hostile work environment, very poor management

      I cannot list one pro about this employer.

      Cons

      Everything at Nextech was negative, nothing positive. I was bullied and treated so unjustly by management from day one on this job. It was a very hostile work environment with zero support from management, only constant intimidation, yelling, and criticism, and no appreciation for anything I did. There was a LOT of dishonesty with management. Someone higher up desperately needs to look into the abusive practices and misconduct this management directs towards certain employees they see as a target for their bullying. Bullying should not be allowed by anyone on the job, and especially by management. You do not want to work for this poor management. Something is very seriously going on here, and it isn't good. I wasn't the first one this happened to.
