- Miscommunication - PM Adds is a joke of a metric - Super PM Heavy, gutted mostly all refrigeration services from merger company - A giant numbers game - zero work balance - high turnover rate causing long hours and days where management doesn’t care and “just need these calls ran”

A few of the people who worked here were amazing and smart and helpful.

Cons

The culture was extremely toxic and management would literally scream at managers over zoom meetings. Dispatchers were expected to know everything (with minimal training or support from middle management) and micro manage technicians to the point I wondered if this could be considered stalking. Dispatchers are constantly talked down to and even yelled at. Don't go to HR and be a whistle blower though, because then they will let you go for reporting it.
