Cons

Hours, no help for techs, too much chain of command aka too many hands in the pot. I think they lost all but 1 tech on west side within a few months. 5 to 1 tech.

Pros

Benefits are good. You get paid port to port. Allowance every year. Good insurance.

Cons

Travel time all over the state. Work super late hours, which means no work life balance at all. Expectations are to work till 8pm-10pm at night. Office/ Dispatching very disorganized making it a struggle for techs daily.

The paycheck is good. Some of the customers are good.

Cons

Office is unorganized. 60 hour workweek is just expected. Dispatched work is always a surprise daily. Toxic environment.
