Cons

Little to know help when on site for anything. Very high expectation of workers to get any kind of raise. Company buys small businesses with little transition from their finance. Celebrates CEO and executive contribution with little to no gratitude for any of their regular workers.

The job itself is great.

Cons

The work ethic and environment of the office. If you don’t fit the part in their personal standards, just expect to be terminated from the position you potentially learn to love. Training is minimum and questions feel like a burden. There is a queen bee and it’s obvious who it is the first day you start.
