Pros

Great benefits, 401k, paid vacations, and a tool allowance. All you have to do is fix A/C. This place just wants you to fix units right the first time. Not to complicated

Cons

Company trust new hired techs that they can fix units and pays them what they ask. Then when the tech can’t fix anything they blame the company and not themselves.

Not a single thing that I would change about this place.

cares about developing and training employees. awesome benefits, all the hours you want, and you can travel all the time if you want
