      SPRING, TX OFFICE. Best office environment EVER

      Pros

      Everyone works together! The operations Manager is always there to assist with anything. The Regional Service managers will help you in any situation. The area service managers are simply Amazing!!! Dispatchers work hard and always have a great mind set.. all the techs for this office really know what It means to get it done. These guys in the field are some of the hardest working, happy spirited people I've ever met. Working at this company and in this location has and will continue to be rewarding. All of the people here band together and get it done. I've never felt more at home than I do with my company and coworkers.

      Cons

      The long hours got to me a bit in the summer.. Some times it felt like I was just treading water to keep a float. With being a new office and new to the company I know that will be a totally different experience this summer. But i love how we banded together and got it done. We will look back on the first summer and laugh years to come..

      Pros

      Great place to work and grow. Your held accountable, so just follow the rules and fix it right the first time. CMS wants leaders, they won't hold you back and you can go as far as you want. I know guys that started as techs and became, ASM's,RSM's and operation managers. It's tech driven, and team oriented.

      Cons

      It's not a 9-5 job, they are an Hvac/r service provider. Equipment failure is not on a 9-5 schedule, and seasoned tech know this.
