Amazing Company-truly care for their employees.

Pros

I have sufficient autonomy to do my job to the best of my abilities & trust from my leadership and peers. When you embrace each department as one team, you'll thrive at Nextech. I've worked remotely through COVID, and while there is always something to do, the company offers a great work/life balance.

Cons

This isn't a con for me as I'm satisfied with my position, but upward mobility from the ground floor may be challenging (though I've seen it happen). For less experienced applicants, I would only apply for positions you'll be content with remaining in for at least 2 years. If you've got more experience, and hit the ground running, you could be promoted/change depts. after your first 12 months.

Pros

Get to work with amazingly talented people No egos allowed Exposure to the latest tech Great DevOps process No death marches Good culture Flat management structure

Cons

Not necessarily a con but sometimes it feels a bit like sink or swim so if you are not a resourceful independent worker this is not the place for you.

Pros

- Great pay/benefits - A lot of transparency between upper management and employees - Lots of opportunity to learn - Excellent work/life balance - Laid back culture, has start-up vibe despite being an established company - Great handle on COVID-19 pandemic

Cons

I don't have any complaints at this time.
