      Pros

      The team is supportive and easy to work with, and there’s a good mix of creative and product-focused projects. Good chance to work on a variety of content, which helps to grow and stay challenged.

      Cons

      Sometimes, it can be hard to see future plans and long-term goals, especially when priorities change quickly. This makes it difficult to plan work in advance or align creative efforts with new projects.

      Great work life balance and supportive leadership

      Pros

      I’ve had a very positive experience working at Nextiva. The work-life balance is solid, with a consistent 40 hour workweek and a manageable workload that allows you to stay productive without feeling overwhelmed. One of the things I appreciate most is the level of trust and autonomy, there’s no micromanagement, which makes it easier to focus on doing your job well. Leadership has also been a highlight, especially my direct manager, who is one of the best I’ve worked with. He is supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in the team’s success. Overall, it’s a great environment to learn, grow, and develop professionally. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and well structured workplace.

      Solid compensation and supportive team, but it's a grind

      Pros: Comp plan is solid and there’s real upside if you stay consistent. Team is easy to work with and people will help if you ask. Product is competitive, which makes conversations easier.

      Cons

      Cons: It’s a grind at times and things can shift as the business grows. You’re expected to figure things out and keep moving, but that also gives you room to grow.
