we all know that meme where clown looks at mirrors reflection and says that the harder he works the more company appreciates him? You got the idea. Yup, thats exactly how you feel there: working overnights (hello late night releases or company needs to have something done ASAP), working overtime and over weekends. Since Nextiva had VPs change - its sinking ship! All workforce from US talent - being laid off every 5-6 months. And imagine level of stress when you must work a lot, hard, unpreciated and not be sure if tomorrow they decide to reduce another 10-15% of workforce and move it to offshore in India, They build a product that will never work because guess what? They change directions every day, strongly believe prompt engineering is best for fast deliveries and nobody cares about quality of code and product. In fact if you start discussing risks and explain defects - you will be at risk of termination as uncomfortable person...
