      Leadership that is very approachable, engaging and truly cares about the teams! Our CEO is fully invested in growing and developing the company. He is involved and informed on all levels of the business. Culture is strong with lots of events to engage all the different teams to interact and have fun while still getting it done! Working on an amazing team is the best part of my job at Nextiva!

      A bit of turnover but to be expected in the sales organization.
