Pros

Before Nextiva I worked at Zenefits in Scottsdale. I can't properly compare the two but rating Nextiva in its own category, I would say it's a good company. I say this because the people I work with are smart and care for the company and the business has upside since it sells things that most other businesses need more than want. It's a good atmosphere. When I started there were 400 people in the company and it's been fast to see how many people have since joined. I wasn't expecting this when I started working but it's something I have enjoyed being a part of.

Cons

Complaints I can't really judge and I don't have many. Some things I'd like to see more in the office is a gym, free food daily, cafeteria, more parking spaces, free internet at home, 3 or 4 day work week, free cell phones, unlimited paid time off and gas reimbursement.

Pros

It's a mix of a small company and big company. When I started there were less than 200 people, now it's a lot more. This has been a pro and a con. I've worked on a variety of projects not related to my role. There are really amazing people here and I've made great connections. Everyone has a voice. Most places I've worked have had values that care about us, but it's never true. Here, people care for each other. The product is something all businesses need and the company has a good future.

Cons

I see multiple things come my way that are high priority or urgent and means I need to drop the other urgent project for another. It's inefficient and slows me down. There needs to be more structure to employee responsibilities.
