      Pros

      Global company with plenty opportunities to grow, but still gives you the feeling of a small and warm company NICE is a very stable company for over 20 years always using (and creating) top of technology

      Cons

      if you are into it just for the Money ... well NICE is not the place for you NICE targets to be 50%(average) of the benchmark, but in reality it's more like at the bottom of the benchmark ( but not below it)

      Not many oportunities for graduates, Salary is avarage, "Large company sindrome"...

      it's not a joke: the people at NICE are really nice. people are friendly, fun to work with, got the brain and skills, have the passion, insperation and ability to push the company forward.

      Cons

      salaries are not the highest in the industry, but if you work for money and not interest - don't go.
