      Pros

      Very dynamic, lots and lots of business action going on at all times. The NICE System's vision is bold and enthusiastic.

      Cons

      Had the misfortune of working with some extremely toxic people. The dynamic environment easily transforms into utter chaos, and it is easy to get lost.

      Pros

      Medical benefits are good, and they are available day 1 Vacation benefits are good, but you are discouraged to take them.

      Cons

      Only Israeli nationals are promoted to executive positions. Lack of investment in allowing employees to succeed in supporting Customers. Asks a lot of employees, but does not give much in return Work/life balance is nonexistent This is the worst place I've ever worked
