-Poor executive leadership at corporate hq-unusual organizational structures-lack of corporate identity, culture, soul, etc, poor equity play-will overwork people instead of adding needed headcount

- It is a very arrogant company, both to customers and partners. It makes people very difficult to do business with. - It lacks of enterprise level operation systems. It is like a giant SME to me. There are lots of people who has no idea in the skillset and the deliverables of his/her role. They deliver their job by gut feelings. The patterns get stronger when you get closer to the headquarter. - It is very mean to the employees, especially to the sales guys. - There is no strategy. If you ask the employees, I don't think most of them can tell you the company's strategy. People work like a multi-directional vectors. - The morale is low. The people are depressed.
