      An excellent team of employees and management staff to work with

      Not the best at compensating employees and it's often considered way easier to leave the company and come back than it is to stay with the company and get higher wages

      Fast paced. Opportunity to make great $ but after a while

      Cons

      ramp up is very long. only get comped for new sales not account. Really not an Account Management job, but account sales. Best to have call center and some IT sales experience to be successful otherwise will struggle. HIGH quota!
