      Setting an exciting vision and strategy for the next 5 years and executing to get there, very stable high tech company where you can grow and develop professionally over the years

      Company has high expectations and work\life balance might be impacted when needed. Like other large companies, sometime there are some unnecessary overhead

      Pros

      Mature product with established customer base. The company is well run, has a good product line and well established customer base.

      Cons

      I really have not had any negative experiences. You do have to jump in and learn, but there are plenty of resources for that.

      Great team of people to work with in Engineering.

      Cons

      We were acquired by NICE. Management didn't quite know what to do with the Silicon Valley office and eventually shut it down.
