      Pros

      We have a fantastic flexible hybrid work schedule—two days in the office and three from home, offering the best of both worlds. Our new CEO is incredible and poised to drive the company to new heights. Plus, there are great opportunities for internal growth, with many employees earning well-deserved promotions!

      Benefits pricing could be a bit better but it is still good.

      Company culture, work life balance, team collaboration, compensation, hybrid setting - NICE meets every reason to work for an awesome company. I have truly never worked with a better TA team!
