1. They started with a spirit of core product company, but failed. All the policies are same as service based. 2. While offering, they will say that they will give joining bonus on top of CTC. People join NICE because of that. Later you will come to know that only 50% of bonus will be paid at joining time and rest 50% will be paid after 1 year. There is again a catch here, after getting the second half of bonus you will have to complete 1 more year in NICE. So, in total you have to serve 2 hours even if you dont want to. Stupid, childish policy makers. They should declare themselves as mutual fund company and broadcast the message 'please read the terms and conditions carefully'.
