Pros

Used to be a good company to work for. Priorities have fell off a cliff. Company no longer cares about employees/customers. Current pros, none.

Cons

Awful lower and middle management. Top managmemt is only focused on thier bonuses and stock price. Customers and employees are last priority. Buggy software and poor quality.

not the nicest people to work for . no investement in technology or people . outdate technology with no real horizon for new technologies and products

Pros

- Market leader in the call center space and customer experience - Really Nice people that tell it like it is and are always fair and stand by their words - Customer truly respect NICE and it they treat NICE like a large player (e.g. IBM, Oracle, etc.)

Cons

- Cloud strategy is not mature yet but inContact acquisition is a major step forward. - Investment in products follow sales success vs. upfront product investment
