Pros
Perfect balance of challenges/routine, which is good for quickly adopting new experience. NICE can afford to be quite picky, so you work among people with high motivation and excellent professional skills and it's a pleasure. Being nice and gentle as a common code of conduct. Good compensation and benefits.
Cons
The professional domain (customer experience) is complex and interesting, but you won't feel like you're saving the world :) Plus typical enterprise cons: rigidness of the processes, a lot of letters, branches which barely contact and do contradictious things in the same product etc etc
