Pros

NICE really look after their employees with an extensive benefits package and a caring management team meaning employees are kept motivated, engaged and makes for successful business operations.

Cons

Have not experienced any in my first few months.

- Senior director of incontact who is handling the entire india team is very sharp and knows how to show visibility. He is the one who is bringing all the work from onshore to pune. - Nice take cares of employees very well. - great salary - free fruits on friday

Cons

-Some managers in InContact product are actual cartoons.They don't know how to control their reporting employees. And to their agony, employees under them are too worthless and cunning. These shameless employees, even though they are specialists and leads, are working only 12-4 PM daily(2 hour break included for lunch and snacks). Only bol bacchan. And the director of these managers is absolutely clueless about why deliverables are failing in each release. - No effective tracking of each employee performance by these cartoon managers. As a result, even though some of the employees are working hard and delivering beyond expectation.. they are not getting the due appreciation because other team mates are just worthless. - No proper career roadmap for performers. - hard working and talented employees are asked to tone down to match with the team velocity. This is the worst guidance you can give to your performer. - Junior resources are giving more productivity than seniors but no fair evaluations or promotions. - Stay away from cartoon managers. Unki bewakoofi durase jhalakati hai.
