-Some managers in InContact product are actual cartoons.They don't know how to control their reporting employees. And to their agony, employees under them are too worthless and cunning. These shameless employees, even though they are specialists and leads, are working only 12-4 PM daily(2 hour break included for lunch and snacks). Only bol bacchan. And the director of these managers is absolutely clueless about why deliverables are failing in each release. - No effective tracking of each employee performance by these cartoon managers. As a result, even though some of the employees are working hard and delivering beyond expectation.. they are not getting the due appreciation because other team mates are just worthless. - No proper career roadmap for performers. - hard working and talented employees are asked to tone down to match with the team velocity. This is the worst guidance you can give to your performer. - Junior resources are giving more productivity than seniors but no fair evaluations or promotions. - Stay away from cartoon managers.
