      Too much instability in policies, procedures, decision making and no respect for Employees

      Company's vision, products, direction etc are great HR wants to help but their hands are tied up

      Cons

      -- No pay reviews, usually 1 or 2 in a team of 7-8 get a rise, annually, and that too a meagre 1-3% -- Middle level managers always dictate the things to be done, they hardly listens -- Unless you are an Israeli, no promotions -- Too many managers than the people executing the job -- No training and employee motivation related work -- Management thinks every employee is "replaceable" and don't care even if an extremely talented colleague leaves -- Purely commercial oriented decision making -- Over promises and under delivery to customers, employees - which is causing a lot of churn

      Company only cares about revenue. They are not customer focused which makes it hard to do an effective job in a timely manner.

      Pros

      People generally okay to deal with; reasonable degree of autonomy. Somehow, business is actually very profitable and financially secure. Remote working possible.

      Cons

      Israeli-centred management feeds the rest of the business a constant stream of corporate BS - no real attempt to engage. Constant, broken-record reminders of how we must all drive forward to meet sales targets. Lack of coordination and communication from management. Few people take responsibility. Few role models. Company's attitude towards customers seems to be 'let's see what we can get away with'. Mean-spirited benefits (e.g. statutory minimum maternity).
